GP Refresh is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to help drive the continued growth of our medical education and events business.

Working closely with the Founder, the role will focus on sales and marketing strategy, delegate growth, sponsorships, strategic partnerships and the overall commercial performance of GP Refresh events.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support business growth.

- Drive delegate growth, sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships.

- Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, email and social media channels.

- Build and manage relationships with sponsors, healthcare organisations and industry partners.

- Develop pricing and commercial strategies for events and sponsorships.

- Set sales and marketing targets and monitor performance against KPIs.





- Lead and coordinate sales and marketing activities across the business.

- Analyse campaign and commercial performance and identify new growth opportunities.

- Work closely with the Founder and wider team on commercial planning and business development.

About You

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or commercial management.

- Strong commercial, relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Experience developing sales and marketing strategies and working towards commercial targets.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Experience in events, healthcare or professional services would be an advantage.

Salary: $salary + super

Location: Pimpama, QLD

Employment: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
