Help us grow a swim school that families love!

Hampton Swim School is growing, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can build the strategy and deliver it. You will shape how our community sees Hampton and work side by side with our Enrolments team to turn interest into long term swimming families.

The role

- - Build and deliver marketing plans aligned to our growth plan

- - Run our social media, Meta and Google advertising, website and campaigns

- - Plan and run around 8 community events a year, and build local partnerships

- - Capture poolside content that celebrates swimmer progress

- - Track results, report on what works and keep improving

- - Contribute to projects across the business, including with our sister swim school FunKey

You are

- - Equally comfortable planning the strategy and doing the work

- - Enthusiastic about events and being out in the community

- - A strong writer with a positive eye for design and detail

- - Data-informed, organised and collaborative

- - Someone who understands young families, and who finishes what you start





- - Experienced or curious with AI tools (desirable)
