Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Inglewood

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Inglewood. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

The role

Attend mentoring and team workshops. Coach each client one-to-one. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week,



approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
