Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Pay: $33.05 per hour + superannuation and applicable penalty rates
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible morning and afternoon shifts

About Us

ARYU Cultured is an innovative food research and development company specialising in fermentation, food production and the development of cultured products.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Food Production Assistant to join our small team and support our growing production and R&D; activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and production processes.
- Support fermentation and food processing activities.
- Prepare, weigh and handle ingredients.
- Operate food production equipment.
- Monitor and record basic production data.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist with a variety of food development projects.

About You

- Some experience in commercial kitchens, food preparation or food manufacturing.




- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Reliable, organised and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work.
- Willing to learn new techniques and follow established procedures.
- Flexible availability for morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday.

Previous fermentation experience is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided.
