THE OPPORTUNITY

- Approximately $300,000 annual owner benefit, subject to verification
- Initial 30% ownership interest: $270,000
- Required Aproximatly 15% deposit:
- Potential vendor finance, subject to agreement
- Training and mentoring from the current owner
- Option to purchase the remaining 70% over 5–7 years

· Training, mentoring and potential vendor finance may be available to a suitable candidate.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Leadership skills and the ability to manage staff and client relationships

· Solid integrity,



reliability and commitment

· Valid Australian driver's licence

· Australian permanent residency

· Ability to obtain a satisfactory police check

· Good credit history and sound financial standing

· Demonstrated ability to pay the deposit

· Genuine commitment to progressing towards full business ownership

· Preferably located in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs
