About the role

Small Sydney-based residential building company is looking for an experienced Subcontract Carpenter to work across a variety of residential renovation, maintenance and remedial building projects throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Area. We are looking for a reliable, experienced tradesman who can work independently, take pride in their workmanship and confidently handle a broad range of residential carpentry and renovation work.

Key responsibilities

- Work across residential renovation, maintenance and remedial building projects
- Handle a broad range of residential carpentry and renovation work
- Work on renovations, insurance repairs, remedial repairs, general carpentry and building maintenance throughout Sydney Metro
- Work independently and as part of a small team

About you

- Qualified with at least 2 years post apprenticeship experience as a carpenter




- Strong residential renovation experience
- Own reliable work vehicle
- Full set of carpentry tools + cordless/power tools
- Must be a Pty Ltd company
- Current ABN and appropriate Public Liability Insurance
- Current NSW Carpentry Trade Licence
- Current NSW WH&S; White Card
- Current driver licence
- Reliable, punctual and skilled with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour

- Carpentry: 3 years (Preferred)

- Driver Licence (Required)
