PT Role | Snap Fitness North Kellyville Baulkham Hills

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Baulkham Hills, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,



CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Your responsibilities

- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
