About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Job Coach to help NDIS participants prepare for work, find suitable jobs, and develop the skills they need to succeed in the workplace.

No previous Job Coach experience is required! Students or graduates in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Teaching, and related fields are encouraged to apply. Experience in disability support, aged care, or education is an advantage.

- Able to work independently and build positive relationships.

Requirements

- Full Australian working rights.
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- Working With Children Check, where required.
- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Relevant qualifications in Disability, Individual Support, or Employment Services are desirable but not essential.
