We are offering an exciting opportunity for applicants to join one of the fastest-growing and most successful wineries in Australia We want applicants who... are physically fit, reliable and punctual; are enthusiastic about learning the skills needed to join our vintage multi-cultural team; Cellar experience and an Australian Forklift Licence are an advantage but specific job training will be provided; can work positively within a team workplace; have a sound understanding and commitment to workplace safety have Australian citizenship or a valid Australian work permit You will work with the Winemaking team to complete the required day-to-day winery operations, including: completing all cellar activities in accordance with job sheets within appropriate timeframes; assisting with key cellar and winemaking processes including pressing, fermentation and filtration; assist with maintenance of winery equipment to ensure the efficiency of cellar operations
- this includes pumps, presses and plumbing; communicate both maintenance problems and potential solutions to the site Winemaker and or Assistant winemaker Applicants.
