Macadamia Farm Management is a leader in large-scale macadamia nut production. We are seeking Machine Operators and Irrigation employees to join MFM throughout the Bundaberg region. Casual roles with potential to go permanent.
About the Roles:
Machine Operator
- Operating macadamia harvesters, slashers, mowers, sprayers, spreaders and other machinery
- Driving quad bikes and farm buggies
- Cleaning, greasing and basic maintenance of equipment
- Using GPS and autosteer systems (training provided)
- Assisting with harvest and general orchard duties
- Monitoring and operating irrigation systems, pumps and filters
- Checking and maintaining irrigation lines and emitters
- Fertigation tasks
- General orchard maintenance and manual labour
- Supporting harvest operations when needed
Requirements: Experience with irrigation or plumbing advantageous, robust attention to detail, physically fit, QLD Driver’s Licence.

- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions, including day and night shifts during harvest
