Leader Equine is looking for a Warehouse All Rounder with experience for a part time position, which will be one of the main warehouse roles in this SME family business with respect to picking, packing, counting, receiving in, shipping and restocking of inventory.

- You are detail oriented and can pick/pack by matching codes and descriptions from pick slips to product

The Day to Day Responsibilities

- You will work on your own initiative and as part of the overall team
- You will pick, pack and ship orders in a timely manner as assigned by management or the team lead. Orders can be small parcels to full pallets of stock.
- You will move stock around by hand, trolley and forklift as needed (forklift licence strongly favoured)
- You will receive in shipments (parcel, LCL & FCL), unload, check for damaged/missing goods, match with expected stock, store goods, and keep records of incoming/outgoing shipments
- You will meet or exceed performance guides i.e. units picked/orders dispatched per day




- You will support and perform audits during inventory counts
- You will be responsible for basic operation of computer systems and stock counters
- You will keep the warehouse neat and organised at all times, and adhere to warehouse floor safety measures, and are encouraged to make suggestions and implement changes for the better
- You are adaptable to a busy, noisy and sometimes hot/cold environment
- You can lift product or boxes up to 20kgs
- You may complete other duties as assigned by team lead/management
- You will encourage a safe working environment

Our Ideal Candidate will have 2 years minimum experience in a busy warehouse. They will encompass the above skills and a fork lift licence would be very advantageous. You don't have to be an equestrian, it's a bonus for you if you are.

Pay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour
