Alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in maintaining high standards across the store while working closely with a positive, motivated and friendly team. We are seeking someone eager to learn and excited to contribute to team growth while building their own skills and experience in retail leadership.

In this role, you will support store operations, assist in driving success and help create an workplace where your team can excel. This full-time opportunity (38 hours per week) provides a genuine pathway into a rewarding career in fashion. You will receive tailored training to develop your capabilities and gain valuable experience, setting you up for future progression. The position of 3IC is an essential step for those aspiring to move into management,



with many previous 3ICs progressing into Assistant Manager and Store Manager roles.
