Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Welshpool

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Welshpool. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

How we support you

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it.



Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Day to day

- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Apply with your CV. We are happy to answer questions about the role.
