United Disability Care (UDC) is on the hunt for flexible, reliable and passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team over the Christmas period.
Whether you’re saving for Christmas presents, planning a summer getaway or simply want some extra cash, we’d love to hear from you!

CHRISTMAS CASUAL RATES WORTH CELEBRATING!

- $36.22 per hour base rate + 25% casual loading! ($45.27 per hour)
- PAID WEEKLY! Get your pay in your pocket every week.
- Extra work over the Christmas and New Year period.
- Potential for ongoing employment in the New Year, depending on operational needs and available vacancies.

WHAT SHIFTS ARE UP FOR GRABS?

We need people who can jump in, get involved and help us keep things running smoothly throughout the festive season!

We're looking for availability across the following shifts:

- Day shifts: Starting from 6:00am and 7:00am, with shifts finishing between 2:00pm and 3:00pm.
- Afternoon and evening shifts: Starting between 2:00pm and 3:00pm, finishing at 10:00pm.
- Overnight sleepovers: 10:00pm – 6:00am or 7:00am.
- Minimum availability: At least 2 sleepover shifts per week.

Shifts vary depending on service requirements, so flexibility is key! The more flexible your availability, the more opportunities there may be to pick up shifts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Supporting people with disability to live their best lives and achieve their goals.




- Assisting with daily living, personal care and individual support needs.
- Supporting community access activities and helping people stay connected.
- Building positive relationships and creating meaningful moments.
- Bringing patience, compassion and a positive attitude to every shift.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO JOIN OUR CHRISTMAS CREW

- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- A current driver's licence — community access shifts may become available from time to time.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early starts and overnight sleepovers.
- Availability for at least 2 sleepover shifts per week.
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
- Reliability, a can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in when support is needed.

Previous disability support experience is highly regarded.
