Get Sashimi Bondi Beach is hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist for our business located in Bondi Beach

Your duties will include:

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers and grow sales.
- Analyse customer preferences and sales data to identify popular products and recommend improvements to the product range.
- Research competitor prices and recommend suitable pricing strategies, discounts and promotional offers.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across the company website, social media, email marketing and online advertising platforms.
- Develop marketing plans to promote GetSashimi’s sushi, sashimi, seafood products, takeaway, delivery and catering services.
- Identify target customers and develop marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of online ordering, delivery, takeaway and catering channels and recommend improvements to increase sales.
- Monitor marketing campaign results, website traffic, customer engagement and sales performance to measure the success of marketing activities.




- Analyse customer feedback and purchasing patterns to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and customer experience.
- Monitor competitors and industry developments to identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations to management on marketing performance, promotional activities and business growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers, advertising agencies and other service providers to deliver marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Plan seasonal promotions, current product campaigns and special offers to increase customer interest and sales.
- Review and improve marketing strategies based on market research, customer behaviour and campaign performance.

In return you will receive:

· Package: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation

· Position: Full time (38 hours a week)

· Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position

· Relevant Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
