Adecco is currently seeking experienced HR Waste Truck Drivers for multiple positions based in Jandakot. Join a well-established waste management team servicing the Perth metro area. This is a physically active role involving the collection and transportation of cardboard and recyclable waste.

Available Shifts

- Rear Lift Cardboard Driver - 3:00am starts (8-10 hour shifts)
- Rear Lift Cardboard Driver - 4:00am / 5:00am starts (8-10 hour shifts)
- Hook Lift Driver - AM Shift (4:00am / 5:00am starts)

Your Profile

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and transport cardboard waste throughout the Perth metro area
- Operate rear lift and hook lift vehicles safely and efficiently
- Complete daily vehicle checks and relevant documentation
- Follow designated routes and schedules
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and compliance
- Assist with manual handling and loading duties when required

- Demonstrate strong reversing and manoeuvring skills in various environments

Essential Requirements





- Current HR Driver's Licence with a strong driving record
- Minimum 12 months recent HR driving experience
- Current Fatigue Management Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current Fitness to Drive Medical or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen (DAS)
- Strong attendance and reliability record
- Ability and commitment to work long shifts
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Valuable reversing and vehicle manoeuvring skills
- Own reliable transport
- Strong focus on safety and compliance
- Full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted work rights)
