Maintenance Assistant (Casual)

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Together Coliving, Preston, Victoria! If you're passionate about keeping spaces safe and maintaining top-notch standards, we want you on our team. You’ll be joining our maintenance team in making sure everything is up to standard, from the hotel rooms to the grounds.

What You'll Be Doing:

- responsible for the efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning, fire systems, kitchen equipment, audio and visual, laundry, internal and external lighting, plant and equipment.
- responsible for general maintenance and repairs of hotel rooms and facilities.

What You Need to Get This Role:





- 1 year of experience in general building maintenance
- HVAC, plumbing or electrical trade qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
- A practical, hands-on attitude, good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn are important.
- Transparent communication skills
- Valid Australian work rights
