Bayside Mobile Physio is seeking expressions of interest from Occupational Therapists for home visits across Greater Sydney

We welcome enquiries from OTs looking to build a community caseload or take on additional referrals alongside their existing work.

Bayside Mobile Physio provides mobile allied health services across Sydney, supporting NDIS participants, older adults and people receiving aged care services. Our team helps clients maintain independence, improve everyday function and participate in activities that matter to them.

About the opportunity

Depending on your experience, clinical interests and available referrals, your work may include:

- Home assessments and recommendations to support safety and independence.
- Functional assessments and reports.
- Assistive technology and equipment assessments, trials and recommendations.
- Home modification assessments and recommendations within your expertise.
- Support with daily activities, routines and participation.
- Liaison with clients, families, support coordinators and care partners.

You can nominate your preferred suburbs, availability and areas of practice.



Referral allocation will depend on client needs, location and your suitability for each referral.

About you

You are comfortable working independently in clients’ homes, communicate clearly and provide practical, person-centred recommendations.

You will need:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- An ABN and appropriate skilled indemnity and public liability insurance.
- A current driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Relevant screening checks for the clients and settings you support.
- The ability to complete clear reports and clinical documentation promptly.

Experience in community OT, NDIS or aged care is preferred. Please outline any particular proficiencies including functional capacity assessments, assistive technology or home modifications or paediatric experience.

Pay: $110.00 per hour
