Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Machine Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various brands of coffee machines, including espresso machines, grinders, and automatic coffee systems. You will work both in-house at our Mascot centre and occasionally on-site at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair domestic coffee machines.
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance to prevent future breakdowns
- Identify and replace faulty parts, including pumps, valves, boilers, and electrical components.
- Perform pressure and temperature adjustments to ensure machines operate optimally.




- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs or maintenance recommendations.
- Keep detailed service records and report any recurring issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop with proper tools and spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

- Experience in coffee machine repairs (domestic) or a relevant technical background in appliance repair.
- Knowledge of major coffee machine brands.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
