Emania Fencing is looking for an experienced, hardworking and motivated Fencing & Landscape Construction Worker to join our growing team.

This role is predominantly fencing work, with landscaping and other outdoor construction work forming part of the role depending on our current projects.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, isn’t afraid to get stuck in and takes genuine pride in producing a quality finished job.

What You’ll Be Doing

The majority of your work will involve fencing installation and construction, including:

* Colorbond fencing
* Aluminium fencing
* Pool fencing
* Gates and gate installation
* Removal of existing fencing
* Setting out fence lines
* Measuring and levelling
* Digging and preparing post holes
* Installing posts, panels and sleepers
* Using hand and power tools
* Loading, unloading and handling materials
* General site preparation and clean-up

You’ll also assist with landscaping and outdoor construction projects, which may include:

* Paving and pathways
* Retaining walls and garden edging
* Site preparation and excavation
* Turf preparation and installation
* Decorative stone and landscaping
* Soil, mulch and planting
* Drainage and ground preparation
* Other general landscape construction

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has previous hands-on fencing, landscaping or construction experience
* Is hardworking and has a solid work ethic
* Is motivated and takes initiative
* Is reliable and punctual
* Takes pride in their workmanship




* Can work independently and as part of a team
* Can confidently use hand and power tools
* Understands measurements, levels and basic construction principles
* Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Has good attention to detail
* Is willing to work across both fencing and landscaping projects
* Holds a current Australian driver’s licence
* Holds a valid White Card
* Has Australian working rights

Previous fencing experience is highly regarded, particularly experience installing Colorbond, aluminium or pool fencing.

Experience with landscaping, paving, retaining walls, concreting, excavation or machinery is also highly regarded.

Formal qualifications are an advantage, but hands-on experience, attitude, reliability and quality of work are what matter most to us.
