Bardon Clean is a premium residential cleaning business based in Brisbane's inner west. We specialise in deep cleans, pre-sale and bond/end-of-lease cleaning for high-end properties across the region. Our brand is built on four values: Premium, Professional, Real, and Local. What Success Looks Like in Year One

In your first year, you'll have mastered our detailed cleaning SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and will be delivering zero-defect deep cleans consistently. You'll mostly manage your time independently, communicate professionally with clients, and be part of a growing team that holds itself to premium standards. You'll be someone the owner and clients can rely on completely.

What You'll Do

- Execute pre-sale, deep cleans, bond cleans, and recurring maintenance on residential properties
- Follow detailed standard operating procedures and deliver consistent, premium-quality results every time
- Manage your time and job pacing independently; communicate with clients professionally before, during, and after each job
- Report job completion and flag any issues immediately so they can be addressed
- Maintain all equipment and tools to standard; contribute to team debriefs and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For





- Minimum of one year working in a cleaning role
- Detail-oriented; you take pride in spotless work and have zero tolerance for missed areas, streaks, or dust
- Reliable and punctual. No-shows damage client trust and the team.
- Physically capable of 6–8 hour days on your feet with regular lifting and bending
- Own reliable transport (your own vehicle)
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Can work independently but also collaborate well with the team

Nice to Have

- Multiple years prior high end cleaning or service experience
- References from previous employers

Compensation & Benefits

- $37.50 per hour (weekly casual employee rate) up to $40.62 (Saturdays) and $54.16 (Sundays). Work will be mostly across week days, however weekend work available.
- Casual employment with anticipated 15-30 hours per week.

- Paid on-the job training with Bardon Clean SOPs and one-on-one support from owner
- Explicit pathway to permanent hours or expanded roles for strong performers
