Snap Fitness Moe Narracan | Personal Trainer

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Narracan. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

How we support you

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

What you will do

Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Attend mentoring and team workshops.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour




- To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
