Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Austral Varroville

Looking for a casual personal training role in Varroville? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Day to day

Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Coach each client one-to-one.

No gym rent is charged.



Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
