We take pride in our attention to detail, professionalism and the relationships we build with our clients. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for 2 to 3 experienced, reliable Cleaning Technicians who share our commitment to quality and genuinely take pride in their work.

About the role This is a casual position offering flexible, varying hours, with the potential to increase to approximately 30 hours per week as work grows.

You’ll work across residential, commercial and vacant properties, delivering professional cleaning services to Mishal & Co's quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing detailed residential, commercial and vacate cleaning

Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, floors and internal surfaces

Operating professional cleaning equipment and using cleaning chemicals safely

Following established cleaning procedures, checklists and quality standards

Completing assigned work efficiently and within scheduled timeframes

Identifying and reporting property damage or maintenance concerns

Maintaining a professional appearance and communicating respectfully with clients

Working independently or alongside other team members

Previous professional cleaning experience or willingness to learn

Current Victorian Working with Children Check

Current construction induction White Card

Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Excellent reliability, punctuality and time management

Professional communication and presentation

Ability to perform the physical requirements of cleaning work safely

Willingness to travel between job locations across Melbourne

Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to respond constructively to feedback
