Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year plus superannuation (depending on experience)

About us
Baskin Robbins Albany Creek is an ice-cream store in Albany Creek. We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join us in a permanent, full-time role and run our store operations over the long term.

What you will do

Decide the product mix, stock levels and service standards
Set and carry out purchasing and marketing policies, and set retail prices
Promote and advertise the store’s goods and services
Sell goods and services to customers and advise them on how to use products
Keep records of stock levels and financial transactions
Prepare and manage the store’s revenue and expense budgets
Recruit, select, roster, train and supervise staff
Make sure the store meets retail regulations,



including work health and safety
Keep pricing, products, promotions and delivery consistent across in-store and online channels

What you need

At least 3 years’ full time experience working as a Retail Manager, including running store operations, managing budgets and leading staff
A positive skills assessment for Retail Manager, or the ability to obtain one
Experience with stock control, budgeting, pricing and point-of-sale systems
Experience recruiting, rostering, training and supervising staff
Good customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of WHS requirements in a retail setting

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
