Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Ashfield

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Ashfield, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What you will do

Attend mentoring and team workshops. Help interested people understand what the training involves. Coach each client one-to-one. Follow our coaching and admin systems.

Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What it pays





Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
