Personal Trainer | Bundaberg North

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Bundaberg North who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

What you will do

Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Coach each client one-to-one. Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.

To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay and super





This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
