About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team on either a casual or part time basis. The successful candidate must be someone who has good communication skills, a great team mindset and is comfortable working in a large high volume kitchen.

What You'll Do

- Liaise with Senior Chefs regarding preparation work-flow requirements

- Carry out preparation tasks with an emphasis on minimal wastage

- Production of menu items in accordance with portion control standards

- To work cohesively with other departments within the Club to ensure meals are produced in a timely manner





- Monitor and ensure food quality and hygiene standards are maintained, reporting any concerns to the Executive Chef

About You

- Related qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)

- Proven experience in a high volume kitchen

- Available to work approximately 25-30 hours per week, across a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- Be reliable and punctual
