Floor Supervisor – Chechos Penrith

Chechos Penrith is looking for a motivated and reliable Floor Supervisor to join our team. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

About the Role

As Floor Supervisor, you will play an important role in overseeing daily front-of-house operations, supporting the team and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will lead by example, maintain high service standards and help create a positive and qualified working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations during service.
- Lead, support and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with staff training, shift organisation and team development.
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness and presentation are consistently maintained.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Communicate effectively with management and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.




- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.

About You

- Previous hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- A reliable, professional and team-oriented approach.
