SHARE is seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to deliver safe, enjoyable and inclusive Pilates classes for older adults. The instructor will lead engaging sessions designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture and mobility, while adapting exercises to suit different fitness levels and abilities.
The successful candidate will be friendly, reliable and skilled, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting older adults to stay active and improve their overall wellbeing. Experience working with older adults is desirable, along with the relevant Pilates qualifications and required certifications.
