Looking for a casual personal training role in Hebersham? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,



CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Your responsibilities

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
