We’re looking for an experienced Berry Picking Team Leader to lead, motivate and support a team of berry pickers in Western Australia!

This is more than just supervising a team. We’re looking for someone who can inspire people, build a positive team culture, train workers to succeed and keep the team performing at its best throughout the season.

Duties:

- Lead, supervise and motivate a team of fruit pickers.

- Train new workers and help them develop their picking skills.

- Set clear expectations and encourage robust productivity and quality.

- Inspire your team to achieve daily targets while maintaining high standards.

- Monitor performance and provide guidance, feedback and support.

- Promote a positive, safe and respectful working environment.

- Help manage daily workloads and keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience supervising and leading workers, ideally in agriculture, horticulture or a similar hands-on environment.

- A natural ability to motivate, encourage and inspire others.

- Strong communication and people-management skills.





- Previous berry, cherry or grape picking experience

- Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to get hands-on when needed.

- The confidence to train workers, manage challenges and keep a team focused.

- A positive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Pay Rates:

- As per the Horticulture Award - Level 3 Casual Adult $33.55, plus any relevant allowances.
