PT Role | Charnwood

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Charnwood. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Day to day
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk recent enquiries through how the training works.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Availability





We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
