Deliver exceptional, personalised service to guests Prepare barista-quality coffee and serve alcoholic beverages Mix cocktails Demonstrate solid knowledge of fine dining etiquette and professional table service Anticipate guests' needs and deliver thoughtful,
personalised service Maintain attention to detail in all service interactions About you Minimum 3 years' food and beverage service experience in a five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant Valid Victorian RSA certificate is essential Excellent spoken English and confident guest communication skills Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, professional table service and attention to detail Warm, polished and professional manner Reliability, initiative and a positive, team-focused attitude Availability to work weekends
