At Pieno, we are long established cafe/ casual restaurant in Surry Hills with a lively, local crowd. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Basic coffee knowledge, can be trained
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Follow responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

- Previous bartending experience of 2 years is required




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
