About the Role

Join the Pelvic Mesh Clinic as an Administrative Officer and help deliver a professional, compassionate patient experience.

- Coordinate bookings, enquiries and daily clinic workloads
- Provide sensitive, confidential service to patients and families
- Process accurate data, records and quality reports
- Liaise with hospital teams to support seamless clinic care
- Coordinate meetings, travel and complex administrative tasks

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

- Communicate clearly with patients, staff and stakeholders
- Prioritise workloads and meet competing deadlines
- Use initiative and judgement to resolve issues
- Work autonomously and follow established procedures
