Job description:

Care to Care™ provides in-home assistance to Aged and Disabled clients, enabling them to live their lives independently in their own homes.
Our services include Personal Care, Nursing Care, Domestic Assistance, Transportation, Companionship, In-Home Respite and Light Gardening.

We are looking for passionate Aged and/or Disability Support Workers to join our team to look after clients in Daisy Hill and the Logan Council surrounds. We are considering applicants for a place in the team for one of our NDIS participants (8 hour service) as well as other Aged Care clients (various hours).

Your Main Responsibilities:

- Visit clients in their homes located in Daisy Hill and surrounding areas (travel required)




- Assist with Personal Care and Medication (2-assist hoist)
- Provide Domestic Assistance and Meal preparation
- Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
- Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Well presented, reliable and punctual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current driver’s license (role will involve driving)
- Comprehensive car insurance

Desirable or willing to obtain:

- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Blue and Yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check
- Assist clients with medication unit (HLTHPS006) or willing to obtain
- Current Flu shot

Experience in the industry is highly regarded!

Pay: $45.29 – $81.52 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Preferred)
- First Aid/CPR (Preferred)
- Driver's licence (Required)
