Are you a creative, results-driven digital marketer with a passion for fashion, retail and eCommerce?

Seasons Emporium is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong technical marketing skills and understands how to turn digital campaigns into measurable results.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident managing paid advertising, email marketing and social media, and who enjoys taking ownership of campaigns from concept through to execution and performance analysis.

About the Role

Working closely with our team, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising digital marketing initiatives that grow our brand, drive online and in-store traffic, increase customer engagement and ultimately deliver sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Meta Advertising (Facebook & Instagram): Plan, create, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, retargeting, budget management and performance reporting.
- Google Ads: Manage and optimise Google advertising campaigns, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max, with a focus on conversions and return on advertising spend (ROAS).
- Klaviyo Email Marketing: Develop and execute engaging email campaigns, customer segmentation, automated flows and retention strategies to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social platforms.
- Content Creation: Collaborate on creative campaigns, product launches, promotional content and brand storytelling.
- eCommerce Marketing: Support our Shopify online store through targeted digital campaigns,



product promotions and customer acquisition strategies.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor campaign results, analyse key metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions and marketing ROI.
- Marketing Calendar: Coordinate digital marketing activity around new arrivals, seasonal collections, promotions and key retail events.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, creative and commercially minded, with the confidence to manage multiple marketing channels and deliver results.

Essential Skills & Experience

Applicants must demonstrate proven, practical experience in ALL of the following areas:

- Meta Ads Manager: Demonstrated experience creating, managing and optimising paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Google Ads: Proven experience managing paid Google campaigns, with an understanding of campaign performance, conversion tracking and optimisation.
- Klaviyo: Hands-on experience creating email campaigns, automated flows, customer segments and analysing email marketing performance.
- Social Media: Proven experience managing business social media accounts, creating engaging content and growing brand awareness.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing analytics, conversion rates, customer acquisition and return on investment.
- Excellent written communication skills, creative

Based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane - walking distance from train. May require own vehicle on some occasions.

This is a casual or part-time role of approx 3 days per week some of which can be managed working from home (optional).
