Rapid Recovery Clinic is expanding and we’re looking for a Remedial Massage Therapist or Myotherapist to join our Ferntree Gully team. This role can be Full Time, or Part Time across several days a week, for the right practitioner.

We’re proud to be a multi‑award‑winning clinic, winning Word of Mouth Service Awards every year since 2018, with 500+ 5‑star Google reviews (nearly 200 at Ferntree Gully alone). Our Ferntree Gully clinic was also a finalist in the Small Business Awards for the Health Improvement Services category. We currently help 400+ clients every week across three locations, and we’re one of the most trusted clinics in the region, built on outcomes and an exceptional client experience.

While you may have seen “sports” in our name (and yes, you will treat some active and sporting clients), the majority of your caseload is everyday people with real-life bodies: persistent/chronic pain, tension and stress patterns, postural and overuse issues, and the “slow build” problems that stop people moving well. If you love getting meaningful outcomes for regular humans (and you can still switch on when an athlete walks in), you’ll thrive here.

You’ll be busy from day one
Our last full-time remedial therapist at Ferntree Gully started at 75% booked and has built to a consistent 85%+. Our marketing and admin team fill your book,



so you can focus on your clients.

This role is open to new graduates (or soon to be) with enthusiasm and commitment to learning, through to experienced practitioners (including those subcontracting or currently running their own business).

Coaching, mentoring & development (the difference-maker)

This is an employee role, not a contract: you get paid leave, super and a stable base wage. Your base steps up at each level, with bonuses on top.
