The Role

- Hands-On Leadership - Support the Restaurant Manager in running a busy, high-volume operation, leading from the floor and setting the pace for the team.

- Team Development - Train, mentor and motivate front-of-house staff, building a positive and energetic service culture.

- Service Excellence - Deliver consistently high standards of hospitality in a fast-paced workplace with strong guest turnover.

- Operational Management - Assist with rostering, labour management, stock control and daily restaurant operations.

- Guest Experience - Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere while maintaining efficiency during peak services.

- Career Development - Work closely with experienced senior managers,



gaining the skills and exposure needed to progress into Restaurant Manager positions.

About You

- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Duty Manager or strong Restaurant Supervisor within a busy hospitality environment.

- A proven background in high-volume restaurants or similarly fast-paced venues is highly regarded.

- An energetic, confident and approachable leader who enjoys being on the floor.

- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.

- Commercially aware, organised and comfortable managing busy services.

- Passionate about training, mentoring and creating a positive workplace culture.

- Ambitious and eager to build a long-term career within a growing hospitality business.

- Australian working rights required. Visa sponsorship transfers may be considered for suitable candidates, subject to eligibility and sufficient remaining visa validity.
