Restaurant Cleaner – Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitise kitchen areas, equipment, benches, and floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, toilets, corridors, and the car park.
- Wash dishes and cleaning equipment as required.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly.
- Follow all cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised, and ready for daily operations.
- Complete cleaning duties efficiently and work well as part of a team.





Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
- Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
