Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Luddenham

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Luddenham, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Your responsibilities

- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Your availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:





- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
