PT Role | Snap Fitness Austral Bonnyrigg Heights

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Bonnyrigg Heights. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- To be considered

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Your responsibilities

Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.



Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Follow our coaching and admin systems.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
