Job Title: NDIS Support Worker (Female Only)

We are looking for reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Melbourne Victoria.

Available Shifts

Monday to Friday

- Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM (3 hours)
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (5 hours)

Saturday and Sunday

- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (7 hours)
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (6 hours)

Applicants who can commit to regular shifts are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist participants with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support participants with meal preparation, feeding, and daily routines.
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and manual handling in accordance with individual support plans.
- Provide supervision and assistance to ensure participant safety and wellbeing.
- Support participants with community access and appointments when required.




- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and report any incidents or concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other support workers, families, and care coordinators.
- Deliver respectful, compassionate, and person-centred support.

Requirements

- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar care role is preferred.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Working with Children Check, where required.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Understanding of NDIS standards, participant dignity, and safe care practices.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a skilled attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for early morning, afternoon, or weekend shifts.
