About the Role As an Internal Sales & Warehouse Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of operations — processing orders, assembling components, and dispatching critical parts that support transport and stationary refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, assemble, and dispatch orders in line with schedules and customer requirements

Accurately process orders using internal ERP systems and maintain clear documentation

Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing prompt, professional support

Verify parts, identify discrepancies, and ensure correct labelling and traceability

Operate tools and equipment safely (forklift, crimpers, cutters, etc.)

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Work closely with the team to solve issues and improve workflow

Follow all quality procedures, safety standards, and PPE requirements

Experience & Skills (Desirable)

Background in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or parts interpreting

Proficient with Office 365 suite – Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience with order processing, stock control, and assembly work

Familiarity with tools and systems (forklifts, pallet jacks, inventory software)

Understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement

Strong communication skills — clear, professional and confident
