Personal Training Position | West Bathurst

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in West Bathurst. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

What it pays

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Your availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it




- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- The role
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
