We're looking for an individual who has hospitality experience, is a food lover and has a passion for food.

The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills, be able to work unsupervised and will work closely with management of the Hotel to drive the food business, is enthusiastic and is an individual who will work well in our Kitchen.

More about the Candidate:

· Minimum 2 years of proven commercial experience in Kitchen Operations

· An eye for detail and creativity in meal presentation

· A strong desire to achieve & maintain high standards

· Ability to work under pressure and multi task in a kitchen environment

· Be flexible to work wide-ranging shift times





· Have a strong Customer focus and a want to deliver high-standards

· Work with the Management Team to achieve key goals and objectives

· Will have their Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and hold a certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery.

Salary $79,500.00 plus super.
