Work under RN direction to deliver hands-on clinical care. Medication endorsement required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care under RN supervision




- Administer medications per endorsement
- Conduct baseline observations
- Assist with wound management, catheter care
- Document care activities
- Support residents with ADLs
- Participate in care planning
- Mentor PCAs
- Adhere to infection control
- Contribute to person-centred care

Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as EN with medication endorsement
- Diploma of Nursing
- Min 6 months experience
- Robust clinical observation skills
- Valid National Police Check
- WWCC
- Valid working rights
- Current flu vaccination
- COVID-19 vaccinations

Desirable

- Aged care or acute care experience
- AN-ACC familiarity
- First Aid/CPR
