Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Kirribilli

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Kirribilli. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Your responsibilities
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week




- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
