Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Tennyson Point

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Tennyson Point. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability,



not guaranteed paid hours.

The role

- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Rent and support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
